Improving the quality of myocardial images when performing perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) on modern equipment with CT-attenuation correction (AC) has led to the identification of smaller foci of perfusion impairments and new radiopharmaceutical distribution patterns. This article discusses the results of modeling focal and diffuse myocardial perfusion impairments using self-made myocardial left ventricle (LV) phantom using SPECT with CT-AC.
